Lim Ching Sing

Mr Lim started martial arts in 1965. He achieved a 9th dan black belt in taekwondo, and was a former director and technical chairman of ITF.

He says even after many years of full-time training, he finds Professor Yek's technique so subtle that once he engages with Professor Yek, he doesn't know what hit him.

He says, "When I first crossed hands with Professor Yek, I couldn't even stand properly, he had immediately disrupted my balance with minimal movement."

Since starting Sing Ong Tai Chi 10 years ago, he has travelled from Canada to New Zealand every year to train under Professor Yek.
